The Shape memory effect has many applications such as in blood clot filters for the medical field, constrained recovery in joints, force actuators, proportional control, and elastic properties in eyeglasses. The objective is to observe the shape memory effect (SME) in NiTi films grown at different temperatures. The goal of this project is to see how the growth temperature affects surface morphology. |
